Validation look-ups

The spreadsheets can be daunting to complete correctly as references between data objects in the sheets mimic their relationships in the LIMS and data integrity must be maintained. Built bottom up, the logic in Order of Configuration is followed. The sheets are presented in this order, not alphabetically, and loaded in the same sequence for references to be preserved 

In the online Template most of the references are encoded as validation rules to assist

It could be worth your while to approach experienced Bika implementers with the configuration task and hand them all the information you have in their original form. Importing clients and their contacts in this way will save a lot of typing
