Bika demo installations upgraded
Three new Bika demonstration installations are now running the latest Bika Senaite 2.2 code

The demos are configured as Bika Water for Environmental and Water Quality Management, another Bika Fire Assay for Geochemistry as required for mining and exploration laboratories. A specialist instance runs the Bika Cannabis code as required by cannabis testing industries. We plan to configure another installation for the Food and Beverages sector
Most Bika Senaite functionality is now contained in the same code base and the differentiation achieved for the Bika branches is achieved in the LIMS' flexible configuration
The demo installations use the generic Senaite code, where the Bika Collective continues to submit code improvements,to which a number of Bika extensions are hooked to take care of specifics like the UI look and feel, COA templates, instrument interfaces and the additional cannabis functionality required by regulations
