Solution

Sans granular patient requirements, Bika LIMS is the ideal option, not Bika Health. The former handles batch processing much better, and batching is not available in case-centric Bika Health

Client Sample IDs can be used for the clinics to reference Patients in their own indexing. No patient privacy issues restrictions on labs either

Instruments doing spreadsheet data exchanges can be interfaced real quick, serial instruments on vendor middleware too

Bulk Sample Batch registration from spreadsheets, and spreadsheets as optional results publication medium, do for 'interfacing' downstream systems, easily customised to required format. Not the most elegant but robust

Quick

This LIMS, once customised for the instruments used, can be brought online in single days, if not immediately on the cloud. There is near nothing to configure.

The LIMSperformane itself should be real snappy with such small analysis requests too, not in a legacy web enabled front end, but true web based intuitive UX
