11.6.2 Multi Sample COA differentiation

Baseline

Starting out with the standard Bika multi sample COA, clients have sponsored the coding of improved versions less generic and agreed for them to be included in public releases and will be available for selection with bika.coa installed

The all deviate, in one way or another, in the way the results are presents from the standard, bika.coa:Multi.pt, a flat 2D layout - Samples per Column, Analyses per row

A Sample header block, consisting of the attributes Sample and Client Sample ID, Sample Type, Sample Point Dates Sampled, Received and Verified

The Analysis rows have cells for Method, Verifier, Unit and Result

ImexMulti

Adds Specification min and max columns as well as LDL. It therefor requires the same Specification for all the Samples  and the COA will render a warning if not. Sponsored by Imex

Multi Sample COAs per Batch

Some labs prefer to publish their COAs per Batch and include Batch information in the header, e.g. Batch remarks, and also the information shared by the Samples, e.g. they are always Received together, and/or of the same Sample Type, or Verified by the same person

This COA features a summary of the Analysis Services on the COA an the Instruments used in their analysis

This COA adds the Batch remarks to the report and uses the Client Batch ID as client order number. Sample Condition is added per Sample

Analyses are listed strictly by Sort Order and included whether they were requested or not

The Batch Titled is used as the Project Title

Reports results for all the Sample Points at a specific Location. By  HydroChem Water Specialists

It features Specification ranges per Sample as they are often of different Sample Types

This COA transposes the results table an put Samples on rows and the Analyses in columns. It is suitable for big batches of results where all the samples had only two or three tests done on them as is often the case with Geo chemistry LIMS at mines

The COA also use date ranges, from start to finish for the Samples' dates analysed and Verified

A summary of all the Methods used for the Analyses of the Samples - all the same, is included

All the QC results associated with the routine results are also listed
