LIMS Management Reports

 Because it was still using old Python 2 coded that is being phased out, Management Reports was discontinued in Senaite 2.5

Please send us your report requirements and they can be considered in an upcoming New Reports project

Until it becomes incompatible, the old reports can be installed as the bika.reports addon product

Creating a Report

 Navigate to the Reports menu from the Utilities Icon at top right in the screen, and select Reports

The user has a selection of Productivity and Administration reports to choose from. Click on the report. A form with report parameters opens up normally including options for

Period Start and End dates

CSV or PDF report format

Click the [Generate Report] button - the report will be composed and rendered in the specified format and downloaded to the browser's download folder

Historic Reports

Apart form being downloaded copies of reports are also archive on the History page and won't have to be regenerated again

Sample Reports

Daily samples received

Lists all samples received for a date range

Samples received vs. samples reported

Report tables the number of Samples Received and and the number of Samples Published for between a period of time

Attachments

The attachments linked to samples and analyses, albeit results imports or other attachments

Data entry day book

Table of Samples per ID, submitted in a specified a period of time, detailed per row - Sample Type, Client, Dates Received, Published, number of Analyses etc.

Reports on Analyses

Analyses per Service

The number of Analyses requested per Analysis Service for a specified period Date Requested and Published. All Clients or Specific one and specified State of Analysis

Analyses per Sample Type

The number of Analyses requested per Sample Type, in Date Requested period End and Start date. All Clients or Specific one and specified State of Analysis

Samples and Analyses per Client

The number of Samples and Analyses requested per Client or all of them. Date Requested period End and Start date

Analysis turnaround time

The Turnaround Times per Analysis. Per Client or all of them. Date Requested period End and Start date

Analysis turnaround time over time

The Turnaround times for Analyses tabled over time. The user may specify a specific Analyst or Instrument, Date Requested period End and Start date and the period for the table intervals

Analyses summary per department

Number of Analysis Requested and Published per department and expressed as a percentage of all Analyses performed.  Parameters: Date Requested period End and Start date. Analysis State, and table interval

Analyses performed and published as % of total

Table of the number of Analyses Published Date Requested period End and Start date, expressed as a percentage of all Analyses performed
