ConfigurationNavigate to AST Panels in the setup. Click [Add] to create a new one Give the panel an easily identifiable name, and description Select the Microorganisms and Antibiotics to include - the organisms will be listed per row and the antibiotics per column, using their abbreviation. A specific organism's susceptibility will be captured in the cell at the cross section of its row with each of the antibiotics

Include a breakpoints table for the growth diameter sizes (or MIC concentrations) to be used to categorise the organism's susceptibility to the corresponding antibiotics, as S, I - Susceptible, standard or increased, or R - Resistant

A few more parameters can be set If you want include the antibiotic dosage, include Disk Content Ditto if you are going to measure diameter (mm) and not MIC concentrations (μg/mL)
Check Selective Reporting if you want to decide at runtime which microorganism-antibiotic results must be included COAs
