ConfigurationNavigate to the AST Breakpoint Tables in the LIMS setup. Since you are going to need them here, be sure to have the Microorganisms and Antibiotics you want to test on them configured already Click [Add] - on the new page, in the two first columns select the micro organism and antibiotic combinations you want to test, and capture the breakpoints in columns for S and R cut-offs in μg/mL for MIC, or mm for diameter measurement. You may also capture the antibiotic dosage, 'disk content' to be used After saving the tables, it will become available in configuring AST Panels
