Uploading results and COAs to MetrcBatches and their Samples have a new state, Exported, and attribute Date Exported. Like with their other states Batches can be listed as Exported or not
There is a new Export function - the latter is only available for Published Samples on Sample lists or state drop-downs. Date Exported is available as a sortable column on Batch and Sample lists. |
The user navigates to the Batch’s Published Sample list, selects them, and presses [Export]. The LIMS steps through the Samples and exports their results sequentially in a CSV, referencing the Samples by Metrc Package ID It also lists all the COA PDFs and their filenames in a second CSV. The objective is to have the CSVs and the PDFs in the same folder where the Track & Trace importer picks them up. The LIMS compress all these files into a single Zip file that the user uploads to Metrc. When a Sample is successfully exported, the LIMS transitions it from Published to Exported. When the last Sample in a Batch transitions to Exported, its parent Batch does too. |
