Track and Trace browser addonTrack and Trace is an Open Source browser extension that enhances the behaviour of Metrc. It helps users with licensing, managing and searching for packages, transfers, plants, and tags right in the page, viewing and printing manifest and lab COAs Bika Cannabis imports Track and Trace's spreadsheet exports of Manifests and their Packages to corresponding Bika Batches and Samples After the Samples have been analysed and their results Published, they can be exported from Bika in the formats corresponding to Track and Trace's import requirements, and uploaded |
Bika Metrc setupSome Sample data that are not available form the Metrc imports can be provided from defaults configured for the Client, e.g. The Contact and Contact CCs to which results have to be returned for the Client. This is set up on the Clients' Preferences tab: Clients are registered at Metrc with their full legal names and their names in Bika, and how it will appear on COAs, are not always the same. Each client therefor gets a Metrc Origin field on their Preference tabs where the Metrc name is kept and used in lookups.
For big uploads from Metrc, the Sample registration form needs to page - set the default number of new Sample columns per page on the Analyses tab in in the Setup, 5 is a good number

Bika Batches from Metrc TransfersDownload Metrc Transfers and Packages per spreadsheet, import them to Bika Batches and Samples Exporting results and COAs to MetrcBatches and their Samples have a new state, Exported, and attribute Date Exported. Like with their other states Batches can be listed as Exported or not
