Clients
The lab client's representatives. Authorised Client users request analyses and receive its published results. They have access to their own organisation's data only.
They can edit their own contact details and preferences as well as their Sample Points, Analysis Profiles and Specifications
Not all client contacts have to be LIMS users, but to maintain contact details to other staff at the client such as administrative and QC personnel, who may also be included as recipients of results reports as required
Complimentary roles
If required, two complimentary roles, Verifier and Publisher, are available to be assigned to users in addition to their standard roles. Verifier and Publisher roles are not valid on their own, they can only be used together with one of the other roles, be it Analyst or Labclerk
Verifiers
A complimentary role that can be assigned to any qualified lab member to authorise them to verify results, typically used during peak periods when lab managers cannot find enough capacity for verification duties
Publishers
Another complimentary role, to authorise users to publish analysis results. This is not as critical as verification and is often assigned to Labclerks
